You Might Ask...
Q: What is the client's involvement in the design process? A: We discuss the project with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues.
Q: How do I check on the progress of my project? A: We present the project to the client at certain stages and wait for approval before we continue work.
Q: How will I receive my design project once it is finished? A: A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on DVD or CD or via e-mail. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates.
Q: Who owns the copyright for work ASKYDESIGN has done for me? A: Full copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for our own promotional purposes.
Q: I need something designed overnight. Is it possible? A: We can occasionally accommodate a rush job however, no guarantee can be made as it's all dependent on how full our production schedule is. We reserve the right to add an additional 50% on top of the normal price to accommodate such a request. Q: I don't know where to start. Can you help me?
A: Send an email to info@askydesign.com. A job may seem overwhelming but with the right experts guiding you things will seem less daunting. |
